USSD Banking

USSD banking service allows the holders of the banking payment cards of Belinvestbank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Cards") being the subscribers of mobile communication providers such as Mobile TeleSystems Joint Limited Liability Company, A1 Unitary Service Enterprise and BeST Closed Joint Stock Company to obtain the information on card balance, block/ unblock the card by sending USSD requests from their mobile phones.
Fee for the sending of USSD request is charged in accordance with the pricing plans of MTS, A1 and life:) mobile communication providers.

The ability to get information about the card balance and perform blocking / unblocking of the card within the "USSD-banking" service is available by default only for the mobile phone number of the cardholder, which was specified at the initial registration in the format +375 (XX)XXXXXXXX.
This means that if earlier in applying for a card at the subdivision of Belinvestbank JSC the mobile phone number has not been specified or has been specified incorrectly, you should visit any subdivision of Belinvestbank JSC and present your identity document to register or change it to be further granted access to the information on card balance and its blocking/ unblocking within the USSD service.

How to make use of the "USSD-banking" service?

To obtain the information you should form the following USSD request:
  Card balance
  *146*1*ХХХХ#<call>
  XXXX being the last four digits of card number the balance of which you need to check
  Card blocking
  *146*2*ХХХХ#<call>
  XXXX being the last four digits of card number which you need to block
  Card unblocking*
  *146*3*ХХХХ#<call>
  XXXX being the last four digits of card number which you need to unblock
* IMPORTANT! The unblocking of card in the abovementioned way can be performed only if the card has been earlier blocked by its holder. The unblocking of card blocked by the bank or caused by the entering of incorrect PIN-code cannot be performed in the abovementioned way.
 
We pay particular attention of the holders of current accounts with banking cards linked who have supplementary cards issued for other persons: only the holder of supplementary card can view its balance as well as block/ unblock the card by sending USSD request!
We additionally inform you that in order to obtain the information on card balance, perform its blocking/ unblocking you can also form a short USSD request, i.e. *146#<call>, as a result, you will get a response:
  Card balance

  In sending USSD request with digit "1" you will get the following answer: "Specify the last four digits of card number:".
  Further you should send USSD request containing the last four digits of card number the balance of which you need to check.
  Card blocking
  2. Block card
  In sending USSD request with digit "2" you will get the following answer: "Specify the last four digits of card number:".
  Further you should send USSD request containing the last four digits of card number which you need to block. After that, the confirmation on card blocking (in Latin or Cyrillic characters depending on the settings of your mobile provider) will come in the following format: *ХХХХ HH:MM:SS CARD BLOCKING
  Card unblocking
  3. Unblock card
  In sending USSD request with digit "3" you will get the following answer: "Specify the last four digits of card number:".
  Further you should send USSD request containing the last four digits of card number which you need to unblock. After that, the confirmation on card unblocking (in Latin or Cyrillic characters depending on the settings of your mobile provider) will come in the following format: *ХХХХ HH:MM:SS CARD UNBLOCKING
